Joe is the most trust worthy car service provider I have ever worked with in the past 20 years. You can go to him for car related questions or concerns and he will give you better-than-google answers (that's not confusing). He will NEVER charge you extra for unnecessary services. Example: 1. I went to him for an oil change for a car that was rarely driven over the past year due to pandemic, he checked the oil and said it's not necessary for oil change yet so come back later, 2. I felt that I need to change my transmission fluid for a used car I recently acquired, I consulted him and he said that'd be premature and he wouldn't do it. Joe really changed my perspectives about car service providers - while shady mechanics might still be out there, but Joe definitely belongs to a different league in terms of integrity and trustworthiness!

GREAT experience here!! Honest people!! I brought my Charger in because it was having some steering issues. The guy there (my apologies, I forget his name) was super nice and explained what he thought the problem most likely was, but also prepared me for worst case scenario. After a few short hours, he called me with the awesome news that it simply needed more power steering fluid and nothing else needed replacing. I deeply appreciate the honesty!! It is everything!! I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be bringing my Charger back!! Thank you Domestic Autopro!!
